water therapist · retreat facilitator · designer & event producer
Raised between the tropical coast of Bahia and an island in Rio, by a family of explorers and artists who encouraged her to go explore the world herself.
She took flight collecting experiences — at a young age she visited Japan, a mark that came to expression later in her creations. She graduated fashion school in Milan, breathing art as the oxygen of the Italian way of living.
Mexico turned out to be the place where she birthed herself again, along with treasured gifts. Most recently Florence symbolizes an inner renaissance — the beginning of Mend A Mano, bespoke robes and textiles.
Her gifts express in water healing, in pouring fine teas, in the lightness she brings to event production, and in collecting textiles with woven stories and designing them into intentional garments. She's given to her relationships with people and to her connection to nature.
Intuitive aquatic bodywork informed by Water Flow, Watsu, qi gong and massage. Safe, nurturing containers in warm water for emotional release, deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Each session adapts to the person's emotional and physical state.
Intimate retreats combining nature walks, sharing circles, tea ceremony, movement and dance, water floating and embodied water connection. Small groups, warm containers integrating nature, water and inner work.
An internal practice of patience and reverence. Since 2021, continuously sitting and sipping in silence — this is how the practice becomes integrated and can be shared. Tea as a doorway to presence.
Capsule collections and bespoke robes of special textiles — linen and wool, artisanal fashion principles. Fabrics sourced from Italy, crafted with local artisans in Portugal and Mexico. A sensitivity to natural materials, colour, and how to materialise a vision into an outfit of expression.
